I. Refund Request Period
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can contact customer service to request a refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Refund requests submitted after this period may not be processed.
II. Refundable Circumstances (This includes both opened and unopened products)
You can request a refund in the following situations:
The product has obvious quality problems;
The product was damaged during transportation;
The received product does not match the order.
Please provide order information and relevant photos when requesting a refund so that customer service can verify.
III. Refund Product Requirements
The product must be in unused condition;
The product and packaging must be intact, including all accessories, tags, etc.;
The product must not have any signs of human damage or use.
If the product does not meet the above requirements, a refund may not be possible.
IV. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Supported
Refunds are generally not supported in the following situations:
Used or man-made damaged goods;
Refund application deadline exceeded;
Special promotional items (if specified);
Return requests due to personal preference (e.g., inappropriate color or material selection).
V. Refund Process
Contact customer service to submit a refund request;
Customer service reviews and confirms refund eligibility;
User returns the goods (tracking number must be retained);
After receiving the goods and confirming that they meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days;
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
VI. Refund Shipping Costs
If the goods have quality problems or the wrong goods were sent, we will bear the return shipping costs;
If the refund is requested due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
VII. One-Time Sales Policy
All bedding and home textiles sold in this store are one-time purchase items, and there are no subscription or automatic renewal services. Refunds are only applicable to the items in this order.
